DMCT Meeting Space Guidelines & Amenities
Our meeting space is available for booking Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that the room setup is the responsibility of the guest. The meeting space will not be accessible before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.
DMCT is a professional workspace, we kindly ask for your consideration during business hours.
The facility features multi-stall restrooms, Refrigerator, kitchenette, portable tables and chairs, PA system, an interactive presentation screen, podium, whiteboard, and wagon to assist with loading and unloading.

If your event requires tables, the maximum capacity is 40.
Additionally, complimentary bottled water and a Keurig coffee maker are available. Not Included: Cups, Coffee Pods, Creamer, cutlery, plates, etc.
All event setup must take place on the day of your event and be fully removed by the event's conclusion. Decorations may not be attached to the DMCT walls or any surfaces using screws, tape, or similar methods. Please ensure all decorations are free-standing.
This space is available to book at no charge. DMCT does reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for any on-site changes, special accommodations, or excessive consumption of goods.
DMCT is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in the facility before, during, or after your event.
Guests are welcome to bring outside food and beverages into the facility. Please note that alcohol is not permitted on DMCT premises. As always, we encourage you to dine local.
Guests are responsible for completing the event closing check list, which includes removing all trash, returning borrowed equipment to its original place, and turning off the lights.
The check List will be located on the supplies cart and is to left there once completed.
